  • Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed once the payment is processed (for prepaid) or after COD validation.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment Methods: We accept all major payment methods, including COD (on eligible items).

3. Cancellations and Returns

  • Order Cancellation:
    • Cancellations/alterations can only be made within 2 hours of order placement.
    • Once packed or shipped, cancellations will not be entertained. Non-acceptance of COD orders will be treated as a return and may affect future purchases.
  • Returns and Refunds:
    • Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued as Store Credits.
    • Customized or personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of transit damage or manufacturing defects.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Timeline: We provide estimated delivery times, but delays may occur due to external shipping partners.
  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. Vibrance is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses.
  • Tampered Shipments: If a shipment appears tampered with, do not accept it and contact us immediately.

5. Product Use

  • Products sold on Vibrance are for personal use only. Reselling or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
  • Vibrance is not liable for any misuse of products.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Your personal information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not share customer data with third parties except as necessary to complete transactions.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Vibrance is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including shipping issues or natural events.

Vibrance reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
