Refund Policy

  • We ensure all orders are carefully checked and packed.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please email an unboxing video showing the product and box within 48 hours to hello@treasuretales.in. A replacement or store credit will be offered. Without the video, we cannot process returns or replacements.
  • Customized items (e.g., stamps, newspaper articles) are non-refundable and non-replaceable, except in cases of transit damage or defects.

Missing or Tampered Parcels

  • If a parcel seems tampered with, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.
  • If accepted, record a video while opening the box for proof.
  • For undelivered orders marked as delivered via SMS, contact hello@treasuretales.in within 24 hours for resolution.

Shipping Delays

  • Vibrance uses third-party shipping services and is not liable for delays.
  • For time-sensitive orders, contact us at 9073850000 (11 AM–7 PM) for assistance.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can only be cancelled/altered within 2 hours of placement. After this, cancellations are not allowed as processing begins immediately.
  • COD Orders: Non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.
  • Prepaid Orders: Cancellations after packing/shipping will incur two-way shipping fees, and refunds will be issued as Store Credits.
  • Personalized Orders: These are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Gift Order Refunds

  • Within 1 hour: 100% refund.
  • Within 2 hours: 50% refund.
  • After 2 hours: No refund.

Order Cancellations by Vibrance

  • If we cancel your order, you’ll be notified promptly, and we’ll either dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund to the original payment account within 10 working days.

Delivery Policy

  • Ensure the correct address and contact details are provided to avoid delays or non-delivery.
  • You can send gifts to others by entering their details, but accurate information is essential for successful delivery.
